Magic truffles wholesale supply is aimed at shops in the Netherlands, where the sale of fresh truffles (sclerotia) is not prohibited, according to the Dutch drug-information service Jellinek. The same source states that dried truffles are prohibited, and that fresh magic mushrooms have been prohibited since 1 December 2008. So in the Netherlands the product you can stock is fresh truffles, not dried ones.
Truffles are prohibited in many European countries
Psilocybin and psilocin are controlled under the 1971 UN Convention on Psychotropic Substances (EUDA). Of the 14 countries in Mondo's legal overview, 11 prohibit truffles and Spain and Portugal are unclear; only the Netherlands confirms that their sale is not prohibited.
