If you want your own recipe, format or design beyond the existing concepts, that falls under private label or custom products rather than white label.
Do not put health or therapeutic claims on packaging, labels, product pages, social media or retreat materials. Under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006, a health claim is any claim that "states, suggests or implies" a relationship between a food or its constituents and health, and health claims are prohibited unless authorised (Articles 2 and 10). The regulation applies to labelling, presentation and advertising. Whether your product counts as a food is a separate legal question; leaving claims out holds either way. Describe the concept by name, format and origin, in your brand story as well.
Legal status comes first
Microdosing truffles are truffles. In the Netherlands fresh truffles are not prohibited and dried truffles are; in many European countries truffles are prohibited altogether. A coach or retreat outside the Netherlands cannot use this product where it is illegal. Check legal status in Europe before you brief. This is not legal advice.

Order sizes are agreed per partner. Mention a test phase in your application; whether a smaller first order is possible is part of that agreement.
