Become a wholesale partner of Mondo

To become a wholesale partner of Mondo, you send a B2B Account Request with your company details, Mondo reviews it, and after approval you order through the B2B order portal. Mondo Mycologicals works with registered businesses only: smartshops, headshops, growshops, webshops, distributors and wellness brands. Prices and conditions are shown once your account is approved.

Who can apply?

Any registered business that wants to sell or distribute Mondo products can apply. That includes:

  • Smartshops, headshops and growshops.
  • Webshops, including shops without stock that want dropshipping.
  • Distributors supplying shops in one or more countries.
  • Wellness brands, coaches and retreat organisations interested in microdosing solutions or white label, where local law allows the products.

Consumers cannot apply. Consumers buy through Mondo’s consumer webshop.

What should you prepare?

A complete application avoids follow-up questions. Have these ready:

  • ☐ Company details: legal name, address, contact person, phone and email.
  • ☐ VAT number and chamber of commerce (KvK) number, or the equivalent business registration in your country.
  • ☐ Sales channels: physical shop, webshop (with URL), resellers, marketplaces.
  • ☐ Countries you sell to or want to sell to.
  • ☐ Expected products: grow kits, grow bags, magic truffles, microdosing truffles, spores, liquid cultures, tinctures or grow tools.
  • ☐ Preferred model: wholesale, dropshipping, white or private label, fulfillment, or a combination.

How does the application work?

Send a B2B Account Request. Use the contact form and choose the option “B2B Account Request”, and fill in the details above.

Review. Mondo looks at your business registration, channels and countries, and at which model fits.

Portal access. After approval you receive access to the B2B order portal at mondoeurope.brincr.com. Your prices are visible there.

First order. You place your first order in the portal. It ships from the Netherlands.

What happens after approval?

Approval gives you an account in the order portal, where you see prices and order. The conditions that apply to you (minimum order quantities, lead times, payment terms and delivery costs) are agreed per partner and depend on your model, products and countries. If you chose a branded model such as white or private label, the next step is a product and label agreement before the first production. For dropshipping or fulfillment, you also agree how orders are passed on and how returns are handled.

Name your countries precisely

List every country you plan to ship to, not “EU”. The rules for truffles, grow kits and spores differ per country, so a precise list is what you check each product against before your first order, and it tells Mondo where your parcels will go.

Why work with Mondo as a supplier?

Mondo Europe B.V. has produced in-house in Purmerend, the Netherlands, since 2009. It runs three channels: Mondo Growkits for consumers, Mondo Mycologicals for businesses, and Mondo Microdosing. Mondo’s consumer brands serve more than 30,000 end customers. The range includes fully colonized grow kits in Psilocybe cubensis strains such as Golden Teacher, McKennaii and B+, all-in-one grow bags, magic truffles, microdosing truffles, spores for microscopy, liquid cultures, tinctures and grow tools. Legal responsibility outside the Netherlands

Dutch law is the baseline: grow kits, spores and mycelium are not controlled substances, the sale of fresh truffles is not prohibited, and magic mushrooms, fresh and dried, are prohibited under the Opium Act. Buyers outside the Netherlands are responsible for checking their local law. Products are sold for mycological research, educational, horticultural or souvenir purposes, to adults (18+). Is there a fee to become a partner?

Ask when you apply. Conditions, including any costs, are agreed per partner and are not published.

How long does the review take?

There is no published fixed time. An application with every point from the checklist above filled in avoids the follow-up questions that cause most of the delay.

I already have an account. How do I order?

Log in to the order portal at mondoeurope.brincr.com. If you have no login details, contact info@mondowholesale.com.

Can I apply from outside the EU?

Mondo ships from the Netherlands to business partners across Europe. If your business is in a European country outside the EU, name it in your application and ask about shipping; product availability depends on local law.

What if my application is not approved?

Without a business registration an application cannot go ahead, and where the products you want may not be sold there is no basis for an order. Ask for the reason; sometimes a different product group or model fits.
